Xavier Knight | Principal Structural Engineer


Paree is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over than 20 years’ experience working for major multidisciplinary consultancies in Australia. In her collaborative approach, Paree has worked with clients, builders and other consultants on numerous building and infrastructure projects valued in the millions of dollars.

From project feasibility through to detailed design and completion of construction, she works with her teams to deliver cost-efficient outcomes, applying the latest technologies to designs to produce innovative projects.

Paree has coordinated and led design teams in Australia and internationally, delivering significant projects throughout her career, with the following as some of her highlights:

  • Charles Darwin Centre: Lead Project Manager and Structural Engineer for the 22 storey office tower for the “Paspaley Pearl” iconic building.
  • Gloucester Street, The Rock: 2010 Finalist – Engineers Excellence Award – 36 High rise residential Tower and Heritage Redevelopment.
  • Sydney Metro: Lead Design Manager for the Pitt Street North and South EOI Submission.
  • TAP Program – Sydney Train Stations: Upgrade to various Metro and Suburban station for accommodate Transport Access Program which include new lift, stairs, bridges and canopies.

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Civil (Structural). Honours – University of Sydney, 1996
  • Member of Engineer Australia CPEng and NPER
  • Rail Safety Worker Competency – Principal Engineer
  • Rail Industry Worker – RIW Card
