Johann has over 23 years’ experience in the structural design and management of building and civil projects throughout Africa and the Middle-East. He is a passionate collaborator with a strong belief that with teamwork, all project challenges can be overcome to provide solutions that are innovative, economical, practical, buildable and sustainable. Johann’s insight in the key steps of the property development cycle ensures that the structural solutions achieve the ultimate project goals.
Johann has been involved in various iconic buildings that have won industry awards:
- Fairland Office Development: 2009 South Africa Property Association Overall Winner and Best Office Development in South Africa; 2008 Consulting Engineers South Africa Commendation for Engineering Excellence; 2009 International Property Awards Best Office Development Europe and South Africa.
